Mark Kennedy to give policy speech at the Humphrey School August 22

Photo of Mark KennedyU.S. Senate candidate Mark Kennedy (GOP-endorsed) will talk about "Bringing the Right Kind of Change to Washington" from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 22, in Cowles Auditorium. Kennedy's remarks will be followed by an open question and answer session with the audience. The event-which includes a light complimentary breakfast beginning at 8:30 a.m.-is free and open to the public. No registration is required.

Kennedy's policy speech is part of a series of talks known as the Candidate Forum. Hosted by the Center for the Study of Politics and Governance, the summer series has featured policy speeches from candidates running for public office in Minnesota in an effort to nurture substantive discussion on important policy issues.
