For reservations by Humphrey groups:

If your group is directly affiliated with the Institute, please check this space availability overview to see which spaces are available on the date you wish to hold your event. This overview is regularly updated but may not reflect the current availability of a space because new reservations are constantly placed. After checking the overview, please download this document, complete it, and e-mail it to Margaret Oltmans, Conference Center Coordinator, at oltmans@umn.edu.

Non-University of Minnesota groups are required to sign a license agreement and provide insurance coverage. Insurance coverage can be purchased through the university at additional cost.

Billing is through either the University of Minnesota financial system for university groups or by invoice for non-university groups.
