Humphrey IT Services collaborates with the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to provide technical support and deliver optimal IT solutions that facilitate teaching, research, outreach, and help advance the Humphrey School's mission.
1-HELP is staffed with real people to address your request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unique Humphrey requests will be escalated to ITS. For technology help, call (612) 301-4357 (1-HELP) or email email@example.com.
If you need in-person IT support, stop by the Techshop in 90 Blegen Hall. They will be able to help you with issues with personal devices like setting up your email on your phone or troubleshooting laptop issues.
If you experience problems with any equipment in Humphrey labs (HHH 40, 80, 85, 290) contact out OIT lab team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You could also contact 1-Help or stop by the Techshop in 90 Blegen Hall.
For issues with technology in Humphrey classrooms, please contact the Office of Classroom Management via email@example.com or (612) 625-1086.
In the event of a tech emergency, OIT technicians supporting the Humphrey School are located in HHH 281. They can be contacted for urgent in-person requests such as computer hardware failure or equipment malfunctions during a meeting or live event. Non-emergency issues will be queued and processed accordingly.
