The Office for Equity and Diversity (OED) believes that the University community flourishes when all its students, staff, faculty and external supporters have a place to grow and thrive. That's why OED works to infuse the core values of equity and diversity into all aspects of teaching, learning, research, service and outreach throughout the University of Minnesota system. OED recently published a guide to diversity resouces on campus and in our community.

About 25% of undergraduates at the University of Minnesota are students of color. Of those, 6% are international students. About 8% of students pursing graduate degrees are people of color.
