The cohort learning community offers a unique combination of on campus and online sessions, making it convenient for students from outside of the Twin Cities area to participate. The program starts with an intensive, introductory four days in January, followed by monthly Tuesday–Wednesday meetings from February through September.
PA 5057 Executive Leadership I (6 credits, spring semester)
Leadership theories, tools, and strategies in global context for the mid-career student. Integrate foundations of institutional leadership, management, inter-disciplinary studies, and emerging issues/public policy to develop executive leaders with enhanced ethical practice skills. Opportunities for practicing and reassessing leadership inside and outside the workplace. Field-based management issues specific to public safety sphere.
