For reservations by non-Humphrey groups:
If your group is not directly affiliated with the Humphrey School, please download this document, complete it, and e-mail it to Margaret Oltmans, Conference Center Coordinator, at oltmans@umn.edu.
All requests for space are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A tentative "hold" reservation can be placed. If a group wishes to reserve space taken by a hold reservation, the initial group will be asked to confirm or release its reservation within 48 hours. If you need to cancel your confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee may be charged.
Non-University of Minnesota groups are required to sign a license agreement and provide insurance coverage. Insurance coverage can be purchased through the university at additional cost.
Billing is through either the University of Minnesota financial system for university groups or by invoice for non-university groups.
