| Lynda Laskow
A graduate of the College of St. Catherine, Lynda has been in management positions in the healthcare arena for more than 35 years. In her current role, Lynda is the director of the Call Center for the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) at Allina Hospitals and Clinics. The HRSC administers pay and benefits for approximately 21,000 employees. This includes the administration of all types of leaves of absence while integrating into the process, the requirements of FMLA, company and unit policies and applicable labor agreements. Lynda's experience includes extensive time as a nurse manager in a hospital setting, involvement in the development and enhancement of relationships between unions and management, the development and support of continuous quality improvement activities, the facilitation of process improvement teams, and consulting for the health care system of Eastern Europe.
