On January 26th, 2011 we explored how telecommunication policy can promote economic growth and new 21st century jobs.

Since it is a new decade with a new legislature and gubernatorial administration, we took stock of our current telecommunications policy and developed ideas to lead Minnesota into the future. Our goal was to ensure that Minnesota policymakers are able to make informed decisions about telecommunications policy options.
