People often contribute stories from media in the U.S. and Europe. The listserv is archived here. FHWA Pilot ProgramThe Federal Highway Administration's Congestion Pricing Pilot Program offers state departments of transportation an opportunity to secure federal matching funds for implementing a range of congestion pricing (congestion pricing) types of projects. The Congestion Pricing project is one of several Tolling and Pricing Opportunities. The FHWA also has a helpful guide called "A Guide for HOT Lane Development" and a "Brief Description of Urban Partnerships Program and Congestion Pricing." Workshop ProceedingsThe Humphrey Institute and Environmental Defense co-sponsored a Congestion Pricing Workshop on Jan 25, 2007. Presentations are available via this link. Documents and Powerpoint presentations are available from past conferences, regional workshops, and project partner workshops. TRB ResourcesThe Transportation Research Board is a unit of the National Research Council, which serves the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Engineering.
