Congestion Pricing Sites
- FHWA Congestion Pricing - The Congestion Pricing Pilot (VPP) program, initially authorized in the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act (ISTEA) as the Congestion Pricing Pilot Program, encourages implementation and evaluation of congestion pricing pilot projects to manage congestion on highways through tolling and other pricing mechanisms.
- Urban Transport Pricing in Europe - Urban Transport Pricing in Europe, sponsored by the Europan Union. This site is a base for several sites touching on various pricing issues, including technical information, the politics of pricing, research, and a pricing netword newsletter.

- 91 Express Lanes - The 91 Express Lanes is a four-lane, 10-mile toll road built in the median of California's Riverside Freeway (State Route 91) between the Orange/Riverside County line and the Costa Mesa Freeway (State Route 55).
- LeeWay - Lee County's (Florida) Electronic Toll Collection system. LeeWay operates using an electronic transponder that is installed on the windshield inside your vehicle.

- Federal Highway Administration
- It all adds up to cleaner air - At the request of state and local transportation and air quality agencies, the Federal Highway Administration, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Federal Transit Administration have developed television, radio, and print ads to raise the public's awareness of the connection between their transportation choices, traffic congestion, and air quality. Informed citizens, elected officials, and other community leaders are more likely to support proposed transportation solutions to these issues, such as congestion pricing.

It has been created with research monies provided by the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) as a service to all involved in financing transport infrastructure. InnovativeFinance.org offers information on federal, state, local, and private funding of highways, passenger rail and bus systems, intermodal links, intelligent transportation systems, and other related facilities, with an emphasis on innovative alternatives to traditional funding methods.
