Congestion Pricing Resources for Professionals

Aside from the Congestion Pricing listserv and online videos, we offer the following resources:

CON-PRIC -- If you are interested in following congestion pricing stories in the press, try subscribing to the listserv. People often contribute stories from media in the U.S. and Europe. The listserv is archived here.
FHWA Pilot Program -- The Federal Highway Administration's Congestion Pricing Pilot Program offers state departments of transportation an opportunity to secure federal matching funds for implementing a range of congestion pricing (congestion pricing) types of projects. The Congestion Pricing project is one of several Tolling and Pricing Opportunities.

The FHWA also has helpful guides called "A Guide for HOT Lane Development" and a "Brief Description of Urban Partnerships Program and Congestion Pricing."
Workshop proceedings -- The Humphrey School and Environmental Defense co-sponsored a Congestion Pricing Workshop on January 25, 2007. Presentations are available via this link. Documents and Powerpoint presentations are available from past conferences, regional workshops, and project partner workshops.
TRB Resources -- Transportation Research Board is a unit of the National Research Council, which serves the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Engineering. We archive a number of TRB documents (minutes, presentations, and papers) relating to congestion pricing.
