The Humphrey Institute develops excellent leaders in public affairs. Working with customers, the Humphrey Institute's Public and Nonprofit Leadership Center (PNLC) designs non-credit programs ideal for executives, professionals, and interested members of the community.
Providing practical knowledge, our programs introduce innovative ideas, revealing case studies, relevant research, and hands-on solutions. In brief workshops tailor-made for busy professionals, our programs promote networking and the sharing of lessons among participants.
Customized Programs for Organizations
The PNLC offers customized programs to employers and employer consortia. We provide specialized leadership and management development programs to governmental, professional, and nonprofit organizations. Working with you, the PNLC will design a unique program tailored to your needs and objectives. We draw upon the Humphrey Institute's nationally recognized expertise and scholarship in the development of our programs. We will bring our experienced faculty to your location or a University of Minnesota facility.
