Humphrey School of Public Affairs professors Dr. John Bryson and Dr. Barbara Crosby have been part of this discussion through a special War College program.
*Part of the War College's Eisenhower Series College Program, which encourages dialogue on national security and other public policy issues between students of the Army's senior educational institution and the public at colleges and universities through the U.S.
