Health for All

Please join us for the fifth forum in the series, Health Care Reform: How to Build on the Minnesota Model. The fifth forum in the series, Health For All, will focus on community health and the challenge to improve the quality of health care even while expanding access to medical care and lowering costs. Obtaining greater value for our health care dollars will require opportunities for communities to improve their overall health and for individuals to take greater responsibility for their life styles and behaviors. The event will include two panel discussions, one focusing on implications for community health and the other on implications for individuals.
