Obama's National Security Challenges

The agenda in Washington is dominated by domestic issues -- especially, health care and the economy. Despite the dominance of domestic issues today, foreign policy and national security issues may become dominant in the near future. Among the topics that may dominate tomorrow's headlines include funding for Afghanistan and Iraq, new treaties with Russia, and responses to Iran's continued development of nuclear weapon capacity.
