The Humphrey School of Public Affairs is the University of
Minnesota's school of policy and planning.

Mentor Program

The Humphrey School Alumni Association has sponsored a mentoring program since 1987, connecting hundreds of Humphrey students with alumni who share their professional interests to build career knowledge and create professional connections.

The Mentor Program

The mentor program provides one-to-one matches between students and Minnesota alumni and other professionals in the students’ areas of interest.  The program serves students in all Humphrey degree programs who are interested in domestic policy/planning issues. The mentor program begins with an orientation program for students and mentors in September and kick-off events (where mentors and students meet) in October. The program runs through the academic year, ending in May. For application instructions and forms, visit the mentor program enrollment page.
