If you are in the Twin Cities, we recommend that you attend an information session at the Institute before meeting with an admissions counselor. Information sessions provide an introduction to the Institute and our programs and include a welcome from the dean and presentations from staff sand faculty members, as well as Q & A with current students.
How do I sign up for an information session? Information sessions provide useful opportunities to learn about our programs from faculty, staff and current students. One benefit of the group format is that someone always asks a question you never though about that provides useful information.

Can I sit in on a class?
Yes! Please send an e-mail to hhhadmit@umn.edu with the courses you are interested in attending at least one week prior to your visit. A current course schedule can be found here.
