Our International Fellowship Programs bring young and mid-career leaders from around the world to the Humphrey Institute for academic study, related professional experience, and cultural exchange.
Each year, the Institute collaborates on a Women Legislators' Retreat specifically tailored for female policymakers. |

Institute personnel also work with nonprofit organizations and public sector partners to design custom executive development programs for emerging leaders, mid-career government officials, and public policy professionals. These programs are designed to broaden the perspectives of public policy practitioners, teach them new tools in policy analysis, and improve their leadership and management skills. |
