Parking
The Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, located at 301 19th Avenue South, is conveniently located on the West Bank of the University of Minnesota's Minneapolis campus. The Humphrey Center is bordered by 19th Avenue South and Washington Avenue. The Carlson School of Management is adjacent to the Humphrey Center. A circular drive in front of the building is available for dropoff and unloading. The 19th Avenue Ramp is just across the street from the Humphrey Center. The 21st Avenue Ramp is just south of the adjacent Carlson School of Management. Additional parking facilities can be viewed at University Parking.
Directions
Northbound on 35W:
Take 35W to Washington Avenue Exit.
Turn right on Washington Avenue.
Turn right onto Cedar Avenue.
Turn left onto 3rd Street.
The Humphrey Center is straight ahead.
The 19th Avenue parking ramp is on your right.
Southbound on 35W:
Take 35W to Hwy 280
Merge onto 94W.
Take the Cedar Avenue exit.
Turn right onto Cedar Avenue.
Take a slight right onto Riverside Avenue.
Turn left on 19th Avenue.
The Humphrey Center will be on your right.
The 19th Avenue parking ramp is on your left.
Eastbound on I-94:
Take 35W north and the Washington Avenue Exit.
Turn right on Washington Avenue.
Turn right onto Cedar Avenue.
Turn left onto 3rd Street.
The Humphrey Center is straight ahead.
The 19th Avenue parking ramp is on your right.
Westbound on I-94:
Take the Riverside exit.
Turn right onto Riverside.
Turn right onto 19th Avenue.
The Humphrey Center is on your right.
The 19th Avenue parking ramp is on your left.
